Stationery System Payment Guide
View how to use the stationery payment system with the appropriate purchasing process with images (PDF).
For P-Card purchases
- Put the last four digits of your p-card in the required field.
 
- Click on Pay with Card.
 
- Fill in your full card info on the payment page that opens.
 
- Click on Continue to place order.
 
- Your payment is complete. No further action needed.
 
 
For Purchase Order purchases
- Put your purchase order number in the required field.
 
- Click on Purchase Order.
 
- Click on Continue to place order.
 
- Check PO number on order confirmation.
 
- Upon receipt of your invoice, process payment through Oracle.
